All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any purchases made at Millington Mare.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to buying, we encourage you to contact us at millingtonmare@gmail.com — we're happy to help you make the right choice.

Exceptions

We will only consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was shipped due to our error

In these cases, please contact us within  3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
